TWW Totally WorkWear would like to confirm our policy for the return of products to our Warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service personnel to discuss the return of products and to obtain a Return Authority number. No goods will be accepted without obtaining a Return Authority number.

A copy of the original invoice, along with the Return Authority Number, is to be returned with the product.
Wrong Goods received?
If you receive the incorrect goods, TWW Totally WorkWear will cover the cost of returning the items to our Warehouse.
Changed your mind, or ordered wrong size?
We have tried to supply as much information as possible about our ranges, including sizings. TWW Totally WorkWear reserves the right to accept or deny return of products that were wrongly ordered by the customer. If we do agree to a return of wrongly sized or ordered goods, the cost of returning these goods to our Warehouse will be the customers, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, when the goods are received in a clean good condition. All tags for clothing must still be attached, and a Return Authority number must be obtained.
If you have ordered work boots and ordered the incorrect size – DO NOT WEAR THE BOOTS. For health and hygiene reasons, no worn footwear will be refunded. Totally WorkWear will pay for the return of incorrectly sized boots.
Faulty Products
If items that you have purchased through TWW Totally WorkWear are less than 6 months old, and has a fault due to materials or manufacture, please phone or email our store to describe the fault. Please do not send faulty goods back to us without a prior call to arrange a Return Authority number.
