Q. What hours do you open?

A. Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm &  Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Q. Can I order samples?

 A. Of course! In fact, we recommend it!
 
With regards to samples, we are more than happy to send out samples for viewing and sizing to our customers.
 
All samples must be paid for upfront. It is worth noting that what you paid for the samples can be applied as a credit against your order once the samples have been returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please read the terms and conditions for complete information regarding our returns procedure.
 
To order samples, you simply order them online! The last step of the ordering facility is that you get to write us a message. For the ‘message’, simply inform us that they are required as samples. 
 

Q. How long does it take for me to get my order?

A. This really is a ‘how long is a piece of string’ question. As a rule of thumb, we like to think that for every request a customer has, add about 5-10 days. By this we mean:
 
Should you require garments unbranded, delivery time is around 5-7 working days.
 
Should you require your logo set up for either embroidery or printing, add 5-10 days.
 
Should you want your garments branded, add 5-10 days.
 
Your first order can take between 2-4 weeks due to the extra time needed in setting up your artwork and logo.
 
Every order thereafter should only take between 7-10 working days.
 
Please note that even though these turnaround times are a guideline only, we can place jobs as priorities and do them even quicker should you have a deadline.*
 
* this timeline is subject to change without notice and production times should be checked for every order, as outside influences can cause unforeseen delays. 
 

Q. How much is it for embroidery or printing or even set ups?

A. For all branding costs, embroidery set-up (if under 20,000 stitches) would be $60.00 +GST, and for every item embroidered, it would be a further $9.00 +GST. We would provide a quote on receipt of your order and artwork. Larger embroideries are on a price on application basis.
 
For screen printing, there are minimum requirements for this service, and as the costs are based on the number of colours used, we would provide a quote based on your order.
Also ask us about our Heat Seal service which can be a great way to do a larger logo as a more fiscally viable option.
 
Please note that our prices are set up to reward you for bulk orders. This means that the more you buy, the more you save!
 

Q. Is this site secure for online shopping?
